A new home

Some of you might have heard that we are expecting a little bundle of joy in September. This means, that our current 2 bedroom apartment will get a little cramped. So a while back we started looking for something bigger - a house, a condo, anything with 3 bedrooms and enough space.
We looked at many different styles in several neighbourhood (yes, that's how you spell it), but couldn't find "the one". Enter Rinaldo. After making back some of the money lost in the market he decided to look into buying a condo in Miami. Something they might "downsize" to later and we would rent now. So a whole new round of viewings started and Miami has some spectacular condominiums to look at. Quite breathtaking.

After long deliberation we narrowed it down to 3:

All have their pros and cons - price, size, location, parking etc. What would you do? Have a look at the apartments and floor plans and let us know.

With Rosie's belly growing every day we are counting down the weeks now.
